CANCELLATION POLICY.
At MUTE., we believe in freedom and flexibility. Our subscription service, the Refill Ritual, is designed to simplify your performance, not to restrict your choices. You have full control over your subscription at all times.

1. NO COMMITMENT
There is no minimum term or hidden commitment. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time after your first delivery.

2. HOW TO CANCEL
You can manage your subscription through two simple methods:

Self-Service: Log in to your MUTE. Customer Portal via our website to cancel or pause your refills in one click.

Concierge Support: Email our team at contact@get-mute.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation." Our team will process your request within 48 hours.

3. CANCELLATION DEADLINE
To avoid being charged for your next scheduled refill, please ensure your cancellation is completed at least 48 hours before your next ship date.

If a cancellation is made after the 48-hour window, the current order will be processed and shipped as the final delivery of your ritual.

4. MODIFYING YOUR RITUAL
Instead of cancelling, you can also:

Skip a shipment: If you still have serum left, you can skip your next 2-month cycle.

Change frequency: Adjust your delivery to every 3 or 4 months depending on your personal usage.

Update details: Change your shipping address or payment method instantly via the portal.

5. REFUNDS AFTER CANCELLATION
Cancelling a subscription stops all future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for orders already processed or shipped. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on our 30-day performance guarantee.
