We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of the MUTE. Complete Pack. We encourage you to follow the protocol for at least two weeks to experience the full benefits.

RETURNS & ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund, please note the following:

First Orders: Our guarantee applies specifically to your initial order to allow you to discover the ritual risk-free.

Condition: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used bottles. However, our performance guarantee ensures you are covered even if the product has been opened.

Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately at contact@get-mute.com with a photo of the package. We will dispatch a priority replacement at no additional cost to you.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. To avoid being charged for your next refill, please ensure cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled ship date.
